Mind and Memory Care Director Mairead Bagley came to New Pond Village after working several years in other senior living and dementia care communities.
Mairead attended the University of Maryland, where she was a member of Delta Epsilon Mu, a premier national professional pre-health co-ed fraternity.
She is passionate about serving those with memory loss and helping them live active and fulfilling lives. In her role at New Pond Village, Mairead says her focus is “advocating for and maximizing quality of life for the elderly and their caregivers.”
A member of the National Association of Activity Professionals and American Society on Aging, she is also a volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association’s annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
When she’s not working, her interests include reading, traveling and travel hacking, personal finance and index investing, cooking/baking, yoga, gardening and listening to podcasts and audiobooks.
